  1. My said Scan was not successful
    try solution
    -Make sure the All in One is powered on
    -disconnect and reconnect the USB cable
    -Disconnect and reconnect the All in One’s power cable
    -restart the computer

    And I already did all of those and nothing still saying the same BS, What I should do there is any way to make the scanner work again? please help.

  2. I tried everything I could think of, but could not fix the problem.

    I believe you either get a different scanner, or connect it to a different computer (intel, not amd)
